Why We Started
We didn’t set out to start a movement. We were just parents trying to give our daughter the best life possible—even when autism changed everything we thought we knew.
The diagnosis shook us. And when we went looking for help, we found a maze: long waitlists, one-size-fits-all advice, and pressure to “do it right”—with no real support for us as parents.
Over time, we realized something powerful: it’s not just about helping our daughter thrive—it’s about making sure we’re strong enough to keep showing up for her. That shift led us to create something different. Something that centers parents, not just systems.

We found plenty of services for children—but almost nothing for the people raising them. We found opinions, but not understanding. We found community groups, but few that felt safe, honest, or real.
